Sound Bath with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls

Vibration, sound, and music have always been the ways in which I have understood the world and on a fortunate weekend where I heard and then felt a sound bath for the first time 2 years ago, I became aware how sound aligns the soul and heals the body. When I heard bowls which created a strong vibration in my throat and mouth and into deep visceral tissue I knew I wanted to be a guardian for singing bowls and share the healing sound with those around me while the bowls are in my care. 

Sound baths with Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls are an immersive, deep, and soothing experience with waves of peaceful, droning sound and gentle, awakening bowl taps which ground us back to the moment. The frequency and waves of the bowls create an alpha brain wave experience for a peaceful, meditative mind state as well as improving mood, creativity, and mindfulness. Each bowl has individually chosen to be part of this particular bowl family and come to my current care through their unique vibration and the notes needed to create inspiring chords and healing for all areas of the body.

Some choose to use the mindful and meditative experience with sound bowls to reflect inward, noticing the world within their bodies and how the frequencies open up or effect different chakras, organs, or meridians. This can lead to intriguing emotional and physical experiences and has been said to create rapid change in one’s life toward personal growth for the highest purpose of self and others. Others choose to move outward in focus within the sound bath to connect to the Universe, the global interweave of souls, or to other dimensions and have revealed new insights around the eternal connection we all have to one another. Others enjoy falling asleep and find themselves often going much deeper into sleep than usual and sometimes report creative dreams upon waking. Your sound bath experience is unique to you!
