A yoga class appropriate for those new to yoga, but suitable for students of all levels. This class emphasizes connection with the body through physical movements targeting flexibility, strength and balance. Modifications and use of yoga props are offered to enhance the student experience as they gain an understanding of the yoga poses and what feels best individually in their own practice. Emphasis is on providing a supportive environment for students as they grow and learn on their yogic journey
