Vinyasa yoga means to flow. Each week in class there will be a unique flow of yoga poses to support your body’s specific needs through out the sequence. The aim is to get nice and warm up front and then to stretch out those muscle on the latter half. We always end with a kind and peaceful meditation and Svasana
The class works together to frame a gentle but thorough workout with a calming effect on mental health.
