For a solar eclipse to occur, the Sun, Moon, and Earth need to be in a straight line, with the Moon positioned between the Sun and Earth. This alignment mirrors our personal lives and the need to come back into balance and find what matters to us. 

New moons symbolise new beginnings and solar eclipses energetically give us an extra boost for transformation in our lives. The temporary darkness during a solar eclipse symbolizes the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, making it an ideal moment for setting new intentions and embarking on fresh spiritual journeys or stepping into profound change. 

We can welcome in fresh ideas and intuitively move toward what we want to embrace. 

This alchemy sound bath will be centered around this mindful moment of peace and reflection, to provide a space to release that which no longer serves you, and move toward what you desire in becoming your highest self. 

Bring a mat if you prefer your own, pillows, eye mask if desired, a water bottle, and a journal to write in if you’d like. Bring what helps you lay comfortably on the floor for an hour.
