A mid-week wind-down practice designed to help you reset and reconnect. 
We’ll begin with a gentle, breath-based asana flow to release tension and calm the nervous system. Then ease into deep rest with a sound-supported guided body scan and savasana. Class concludes with optional journaling and tea — a supportive space to reflect and realign before moving into the rest of your week.
