My love for yoga grew in high school where I began my personal practice. This is where I learned that yoga brings me happiness, mindfulness, less stress, and overall a new way to connect with my body. I began taking classes in college and used yoga as stress management practice and this is where my love for it grew stronger. I received my 200 hour RYT certification through YogaRenew in 2020. I am a new yoga instructor ready to help others back to a happier, healthier, mindful way of life. The way yoga has adapted my life is something special I want to teach and share with others. It has connected me spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally.
