Week 1- Finding Peace- Changing body: pregnancy and the abdomen. Yoga to help minimize abdominal separation
Week 2- Creating Space- movements for pregnancy discomforts. (Sciatic nerve pain) (nausea)
Week 3- Alignment- supporting better posture throughout pregnancy with yoga.
Week 4- Embracing Change with love- steady yoga flow that gently increases strength
Week 5- Power of positivity- gentle yoga focused on connecting with our thoughts and bodies. Changing thoughts of fear to peace through prenatal yin postures
Week 6- Grounding- yoga that strengthens our birthing muscles and helps us feel confident.
