Breathwork is the power of changing your breathe to tap into your body and have healing meditative experiences. Participants need to be older than 11 years old. If you can do an exercise class, breathwork will be a similar physical push that also provides mental and emotional growth. Please bring a yoga mat/water bottle and wear comfy cloths.
