The first thing that attracted me to yoga was the movement of it. After gaining a personal practice, I craved more. I became obsessed about sharing this practice with everyone around me. I created my own free yoga class for family and friends, and eventually became certified through Yoga Assets with a 200 Hr YTT. I've been teaching for 6 years and yoga remains such a passionate and important part of my life. I truly am so honored to be able to share this with anyone willing to open themselves up to it.

Nikole Widdison

Nikole Watkins-Widdison (200 hr RYT)   began practicing Yoga in 2011.  I will always remember when a teacher told her, “You don’t find Yoga, Yoga finds you”.  Since then I knew I  wanted to deepen her knowledge and share her love of yoga with the world. I  enrolled in teacher training and was blessed in her journey in completing her 200 RYT at Timeless Yoga in 2015; not realizing the impact that it would have on my life.  Yoga has truly been a beautiful journey, it has taught me many things about myself and my potential.
As a Chronic Asthmatic and a sufferer from Graves Disease- along with being a Curvy Yogini ; yoga has helped me with building a better foundation between body, mind and breath.
I  believes yoga can heal and transform along with change the way you view yourself- it's a Journey of loving YOU no matter your limitations. My life vision is to continue her journey as a student and as a teacher who guides everyONE. I believes EveryBODY can do Yoga. Just Trust the Journey.

Lexi Post

Vinyasa Flow

Lexi Post

Lexi started practicing yoga as a teen struggling with anxiety. After several years as a student of yoga she made the leap to instructor as a young college student. This decision to teach yoga has served her well. She taught classes at a local studio, drug rehab faculty (volunteer work while finishing her degree in Occupational Therapy), and for cohorts at the University of Utah.

She instantly fell in love with yoga and teaching  after feeling the effects it had on her students and their body mind connection. Yoga calms and centers her soul and she loves watching this take place in others. For this reason she loves to attach a meditation to all her classes.

Her favorite forms of yoga include Hatha, Vinyasa, kids toga, and prenatal yoga. Her teaching style is calm, respectful, and patient. She uses simple cues and hands on help when needed during class. She strives to keep her classes warm friendly and inviting for all levels of yogis!

Stephanie Courtney

Stephanie has been practicing yoga since 2002, and started teaching in 2004. She is trained through Yogafit: Completing her RYT (200 hours of training) and was accepted into Yogafit Apprentice Training Program. She is also trained through Mad Dog Spinning, Pilates Resist-a-band, and SilverSneakers. She moved to Ogden in 2000 from Alaska with her husband. She enjoys playing board and card games with her family,  as it gives them all a chance to interact and have fun together. She fell in love with yoga immediately after her first class, and loved how yoga made her body feel. “I remember being amazed at how my back stopped hurting after I started practicing.” She strives to make her classes safe yet challenging for all levels of fitness, but feels time for relaxation is key. People are too stressed out and don’t know how to make a mind body connection resulting in relaxation

Your Guide on the Mat

Hi, I'm Annie—and I'm so glad you're here.

I received my 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Aura Wellness and am trained in both Vinyasa and Prenatal Yoga. I've been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, and it has completely transformed my life.

A Vinyasa Flow makes me feel powerful, graceful, and deeply connected to my breath. That spirit-mind-body connection is what keeps me coming back to the mat.

With encouragement from my wonderful husband, I got certified in 2023.I realized that one sure way to keep yoga as part of my life forever was to teach it and share what I love. And here's the beautiful truth: when you come to class, you're actually helping me with my goal of keeping yoga in my life.

A Mom Who Gets It

As a mom of three, I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself. Between school pickups, meal prep, bedtime routines, and everything in between—carving out an hour feels impossible some days.

The best thing I ever did for my body was commit to movement. Not someday. Not when life calms down. Now.

I encourage everyone—no matter what stage of life you're in—to find a practice you love and stick to it. Build it into your routine. And here's the most important part: don't cancel on yourself.

You wouldn't cancel on your best friend. You wouldn't cancel on your kids. Don't cancel on the person who needs you most—you.

Let's Grow Together

Here's what I've learned: having a community of friends who show up to class with you is the secret ingredient. When we commit to showing up for each other, we all reach our health goals together.

I promise to meet you exactly where you're at. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or you've never stepped on a mat before. Whether you can hold a plank for 2 minutes or 2 seconds. Whether you come to class energized or exhausted.

You belong here. Your body is worthy of this time. Your spirit deserves this space.

Let's achieve our goals together—one breath, one flow, one beautiful class at a time.

With grace and gratitude,
Annie
